Shipping and delivery

All orders placed within the European Union are shipped from the EU. This means that no customs duties or additional fees will be charged upon receipt of your package. An email containing your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Central European Time). Orders are neither processed nor shipped on weekends and public holidays.

Free shipping is offered for all orders over €60, destined for European Union countries.
